Welcome ladies!

Inverness Angling Club is looking forward to hosting FishPal’s Ladies Event on the Ness fishings on Saturday, September 1, with proceeds going to the Highland Hospice. Three-time world Speycasting champion Scott Mackenzie will be on hand to give advice along with SGAIC instructor David Mateer and qualified club coaches.

The day will start at the Highland Hospice at 9am for bacon rolls, tea and coffee, introductions and safety briefing. Fishing will be in three groups - beginners, new to fishing with a little experience and ladies who go fishing. After lunch at the hospice, the afternoon session will run from 2 to 4.30pm when its back to the hospice for tea, coffee and cake and a debrief. Ladies who have their own equipment can carry on fishing into the evening.

The cost for the day, including fishing permit, tuition and food, is £55 per lady. Places should be booked with Sue Munro by e-mail - This email address is being protected from spambots.
